I have to tune up my workout..I got bored running everyday.I got this and I felt sexy and I got real tone and lost total of 16lbs..I'm now 123lbs and My goal is to be very tone and lean..This is helping me big time..

And I get to give a show to my hubby..that is a given.

Pros: fun and entertaining and easy step by step how to do? and saw results.
Cons: need a pole for more tone workouts.
